| What is meltblown? | Meltblown technology is one of the most effective ways to make highly efficient filter media. The raw material is a thermo-plastic synthetic material which is melted and forced through an extruder consisting of a very large number of tiny nozzles. A melt spinning processes used to produce microfibers by injecting molten polymer streams into high velocity gas/air jets that form a self-bonded web when collected on a moving surface. The drag force caused by the air attenuates the fiber rapidly and reduces its diameter by as much as hundred times from that of the nozzle diameter. Typical meltblown membranes have fiber sizes ranging from 0.5 to 10 μm with an average fiber diameter of 1-2 μm, many times finer than a human hair, which has a diameter of 100µm.*

What is KN95?
What is the difference between KN95 and N95? | KN95 is masks that meet the requirements of China GB2626-2006 standards and have filtration efficiency ≥95% for non-oily particles. Respirators certified as meeting these two standards can be expected to function very similarly to one another.

| Model: CLL 9501 | This product has four layers. The outer layer is 50-gram SSS non-woven, inner layer is 25-gram SSS non-woven, and two layers inside are 25-gram 95 meltblown. Two layers of 95 meltblown fabric can provide double layer of protection while still have very good breathability.

The outer layer is 50-gram SSS non-woven, inner layer is 25-gram SSS non-woven, and two layers of the three layers inside are 25-gram 95 meltblown, and the third layer is 50-gram static cotton. Two layers of 95 meltblown fabric can provide double layer of protection. A layer of hot air cotton can provide support for the mask and absorb moisture from your breath.
